Billing questions

How do monthly blocks work?

You reserve a set number of hours each month at a lower rate. Unused hours roll over for one month, then expire.

Do you do fixed quotes?

Yes, for well-scoped builds. Send the design and the requirements and I will quote a fixed price.

What counts as rush work?

Anything you need in under 48 hours. It is billed at the hourly rate plus 25%, and I will tell you up front if I cannot hit the deadline.

Who gets the invoice?

Your agency. Your client never sees my name or my rates.

What if the scope changes halfway through?

I flag it before doing the extra work, with an estimate, so there are no surprise invoices.

Got a ticket nobody on your team can pick up?

Send it over. You'll have a quote or an estimate within 1 business day.
