Plugged into your team. Out of your client's sight.

The practical side: how jobs come in, how we stay in touch, and how I protect your client relationships.

How a ticket moves

  1. Send the brief

Use the form, email or your project board. Scope, deadline and where the site lives.

  2. Get a quote

A fixed price for well-scoped work, or an hourly estimate for everything else.

    Within 1 business day

  3. I build on staging

In your tools, with check-ins at the points you choose. Nothing touches production until you say so.

  4. You ship it

Tested, documented and handed back. The invoice goes to your agency, never your client.

How we stay in touch

Light on meetings, quick on replies.

  • Your channel

Slack, Teams, email or comments in your project board. I join whatever your team already uses.

  • Response times

Replies within 1 business day, Eastern Time.

  • Check-ins

As many or as few as the job needs. Short written updates by default.

  • Client calls

If you want me on a client call, I join as part of your team.

White-label by default

Your client is your client. Here is how I keep it that way.

  • NDA before kickoff

Send your NDA and I will sign it before I see any client work.

  • Invisible unless you say otherwise

I work under your agency's name, in your tools, and never contact your client unless you ask me to.

  • No poaching, ever

I will not approach your clients during a project or after it. If one of them finds me, I send them back to you.

  • Your repos, your hosting, your process

I work in your Git, your staging and your project board, and follow your code standards.

  • Clean handoffs

Every job ends with notes your team can follow: what changed, where it lives and anything to keep an eye on.

Process questions

Can you work in our Git repo?

Yes. I am happy to follow your branching, pull request and review process.

Do you deploy to production?

Only when you ask me to. By default I build and test on staging, and your team decides when it goes live.

Can you join our project management tool?

Yes. Add me as a guest and I will work from the tickets there.

Got a ticket nobody on your team can pick up?

Send it over. You'll have a quote or an estimate within 1 business day.
